I lost a cousin...

"Live your life so that when you die, you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying..."


Inna lillah wa inna 'ilayhi raji'un...

My cousin Rahim is the same age as me and he died today after a long battle with colon cancer. The last time I met him was nearly a year ago on Eidil-Fitri. And he was so full of energy then.

I pray that he be granted jannah...

In the month of Ramadhan
you quitely depart
A feeling of grief fills my heart
My soul is moved, awaken my fears
I pray for you, in silent tears
May you be peaceful
in your closing hours...

    madam,
    It is common now adays. Both my father and MIL had some parts of their intestines removed to because of ulcers/growth. Alhamdulillah, they are ok now.

    Always sad to lose a close relative.

    What though the radiance which was once so bright,

    My best friend died from colon cancer at the age of 28. She passed away only 6 months after she was diagnosed.
