Brisk Walk around Hospital Selayang...

"Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood..."

Hospital Selayang is less than 10 minutes walk from our Bidara House.

Lately we have been doing our brisk walking around the hospital compound and a steep climb on the reserve road to the hospital water tank. Early in the morning the place is quite crowded with joggers. There will always be a group of old Chinese ladies either practicing their Tai-chi gracefully or dancing to the Zumba beat.

After much contemplation, a small group of sisters met up for brunch at Kak Sariah's house in Shah Alam. It was a chance to move away from the stressful city vibe and visit Kak Sar beautiful garden. you don’t have to be a skilled gardener to love her garden and appreciate her effort.

She had many different varieties of orchids in her garden. No flowers ever look better and beautiful than those you’ve grown with your own hands...
