Serious Work Out

"You got to approach everyday as if it's your last..."


It has been nearly a year since I visited the club to work out. After my angio procedure in February last year I was very careful not to exert myself or over stress my heart. And I have gain unwanted pounds too. The last time I went there was with the gang to have light meal at the bowling café.

Tonight, after a long break, we decided to go to the club to work out. Earlier, we called Sara and Iwan to ask whether they are interested to join us in a game of squash and bowling. Iwan and Ella came straight to the apartment from office. After solat maghrib we headed to the club in one car. Played a few rounds of squash but had to take turns as Iwan and Ella were sharing sports shoes with his Abah and Sara. After an hour of strenuous exercise, we cycled to cool down while Iwan and Ella started first at the bowling alley.

We ordered food from the café and had a sumptuous family dinner together.

    bagus jugak tu dapat excersice.. zino kalau cuti2 ni ke taman permaisuri tu jogging and walking hehe..yg lebihnya walking lah..

    but akak..u dont look as if u have much extra pounds pun..saya nampak akak biasa ja..

    Kita nak make a point to exercise together once a week. Nampak aje ok tu. Tapi banyak pounds nak shed off..

  6. Kak Nong...seronok dengar orang dpt beriadah dengan famili camtu...lady pernah sekali konon buat pilates pastu buat workout guna CD....esok tu badan sakit2 ...sebab ter'over'...heheh...sekarang ni kalau buat pun berpada-pada...

    Buat exercise tu kena jaga-jaga sikit. Jangan sampai mudarat pada badan kita.

  8. maklang memang le kena execise bebanyak...mesti kuatkan hati nak naik threadmill tu 3 kali seminggu. dapat jalan 1-2 km ok dah kan....

    Hebat kalau 3 kali seminngu tu. Nong nak luangkan masa 2 kali seminggu pun belum tentu dapat. Buat mula2 ni once a week pun dah cukup bagus tu....

  10. biasa dapat jogging hujung minggu je.. tapi kat taman tu bangsa asing lebih ramai yg berriada dari org melayu.. terutama org tua tua..
