I had discarded my old walking boots and replaced them with brand new ones, lighter and comfortable...
Hubby and I will be on the road again. We will be away for about three weeks, joining a small group of frequent travellers to explore some places of interest in Georgia, Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh and Arzerbaijan in the first two weeks.
The final week, Hubby and I will split from the group. We plan to travel by bus or train to Bulgaria and visit the capital city of Sofia. We will stay in Sofia for a few days, then travel to Istanbul for a free and easy activity before we board the plane back home.
The trip is going to be very hectic with a lot of walking. My last visit to the specialist, I complained of pain in my heels. My doctor's early diagnosis was Plantar Fascilitis. The walking activity will either cure my painful heels or will make them worst.
I am praying for the best...
