Performed solat Zohor/Asar at Masjid Sultan Yahya Petra, Machang. The mosque was built in 1968 with one large oval-shaped minaret, four small minarets and two domes. The wall of this mosque writings of the holy verses of the Quran. There is a main prayer room without pillars and an additional prayer room adorned with marble flooring. The mihrab of this mosque is also carved in wood. There is an open hall that is used as a place to hold religious activities and a place to break the fast during the month of Ramadhan.

Continued our journey to Kuala Krai and checked in RZ Gold Hotel, a humble budget hotel with a restaurant on the ground level. Our initial plan was to perform solat terawih at Masjid Jamek Annur Guchil Kuala Krai but it was located in a busy housing area quite far from our hotel.

Instead, we had Iftar and solat terawih at Masjid Tengku Muhamad Faris Petra Kuala Krai, a short walking distance from our hotel. This mosque is originally the Kuala Krai City Mosque with an old building that had been erected in 1938. The original site of this mosque was the site of the old Kuala Krai Zoo, but due to frequent floods, the mosque was later moved to the current site. The old mosque was repaired and renovated.
