Masjid At-Tayyibin is located at one end of Jalan Bidara 1/9, Taman Bidara Selayang. The founder of the mosque was Dato' Hj. Wan Muhammad Bin Hj. Abd. Aziz.

When we moved in to Taman Bidara in mid-1986, there was a small wooden surau at the existing site of Majid At-Tayyibin. As our Bidara House is quite a short distance away, we used to bring our small children for Tarawih prayers in the month of Ramadhan and Eid prayers. Over the years, the surau was converted into a mosque as it was used for Jumaat prayers. The Sekolah Agama Rakyat Kafa Intergrasi At-Tayyibin Taman Bidara is located in the same compound of Masjid At-Tayyibin.

A new Masjid At-Tayyibin was built at the same 1-acre site and was officiated in May 2014 to cater for the increase of congregations in Taman Bidara. The new double storey qariah mosque could accommodate about 1,500 jemaah. The mosque has complete amenities with two rooms on the upper level used as a meeting room and kelas Pengajian Muslimat. The mosque had undergone a few renovations and expansion. There is a plan to build an extension building for the new bilik Jenazah, new washroom and ablution area and the Imam’s house/homestay. The campaign for donation is still on-going to finance the project.

Currently, the suraus under the purview of Masjid At-Tayyibin are Surau Pangsapuri Merak, Surau Al-Firdaus, Surau Abu Hanifah, Surau Nurul Hidayah, Surau Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Gombak, Surau At-Taqwa, Surau An-Nur and Surau Al-Hijrah.
