About Me

I am married to my loving husband for more than 45 years now. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, until years ago when I lost my youngest son. Since then my life is forever altered but yet unbroken....

Blood samples and medications...

“To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.” -William Londen

(Cancer awareness campaign)

I was in Pantai Hospital for my follow-up visit with my heart specialist.

I had not eaten anything since dinner last night as they need to have my blood and urine samples for some tests. My appointment was early. My blood pressure records for the past weeks showed abnormally low readings. My doctor told me that low blood pressure might be ok for someone else but for me it may cause light-headedness and nausea.

I was advised to stop taking my bp medications for the time being. I have to monitor my bp daily and to inform him of any irregularities.
