Gua Teluk Kelawar is the site where the remains of Perak Man is excavated in 1991.
Gua Teluk Kelawar is located in limestone mountain of Bukit Kepala Gajah, about 1 km from Lenggong town, Perak. Archaeological research in Gua Teluk Kelawar by the Malaysian Archaeological Research Center has been started since 1990 until now. This protective limestone cave has been used by humans as early as 10,000 years ago as shelters. Archaeological excavations at the Gua Teluk Kelawar have uncovered many stone tools, food scraps consisting of animal bones, shells and pieces of pottery.

Stone tools found included unifas and bifas pebble tools, hammer stones, grindstones, stones tools and debris. Archaeological excavations at the Gua Teluk Kelawar also uncovered fragments of pottery marked with an early rope, about 6,000 years ago. The remains of bones and river shells of the species Brotia costula and Brotia spinosa and animals such as monkeys, Deers, wild boars, and reptiles.
